New Dessert Shop with Surprises

After having a meal at Olympian City, I discovered this newly opened dessert shop. The storefront and menu looked quite appealing, so I decided to give it a try. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, with a clean environment and spacious seats. The shop specializes in handmade desserts and sweet soups under the categories of "Ice, Paste, Stew, and Mix," proudly promoting the slogan "100% Fresh Fruit." Mango Pomelo Sago Mango Pomelo Sago is a classic Hong Kong dessert featuring mango, pomelo, and sago. The mangoes are super sweet with a rich mango aroma, paired with the tangy sweetness of pomelo and the chewy texture of sago, creating a multi-layered mouthfeel full of delightful bites. Black Sesame Paste with Glutinous Rice Balls The black sesame paste is incredibly smooth, and you can smell the rich sesame fragrance as soon as it’s served. The glutinous rice balls have a chewy skin with a rich, molten sesame filling, making it an unforgettable treat. Pure Durian Ice As soon as it arrived, the strong durian aroma was noticeable. It includes a large scoop of Musang King durian flesh, which is golden and creamy. The durian ice is very smooth, and each bite can be paired with durian puree. The cool texture is refreshing and comforting, enhanced with coconut jelly and sago, enriching the overall texture of the pure durian ice. Sugar Treasure Grand Slam The name alone suggests it’s super rich, featuring tofu pudding, ice jelly, taro balls, peach gum, lotus seeds, red beans, sago, popping boba, pandan, and mango rice noodles, all served with coconut milk. The taro balls are chewy and springy, the rice noodles are silky smooth, and the sago and popping boba add texture, leaving you fully satisfied after eating. Fish Maw and Black Chicken Stewed in Coconut Unexpectedly, this dessert shop also offers stewed soup sets. We ordered the fish maw and black chicken stewed in coconut, served with white rice and a delicate dessert. The red bean pudding is just as good as the other desserts in the shop, full of egg aroma. The stew is sweet and clear, with several pieces of black chicken, and the fish maw is soft and smooth, making it a nourishing and beauty-enhancing choice.
