Absolutely delicious! 😋 The steamed soup dumplings served on a sizzling iron plate were quite creative. The hot plate kept the dumplings warm, and the bottom was pan-fried to a crispy texture, adding an extra layer of flavor. The dumpling skin was thin, the filling was flavorful, and the soup inside was fresh and sweet. 😍 The abalone slices with scallion oil noodles had a slightly sweet taste. The dish was topped with slices of abalone. Additionally, I ordered the red oil wontons, which had a moderate level of spiciness—not too hot, perfect for someone like me who can't handle overly spicy food. The wonton wrappers were thin, and the filling was tender and juicy. The lion's head meatball side dish was generously portioned.
