Happy Wednesday at Happy Valley Racecourse!

Happy Wednesday is here again! My husband and I enjoyed the carnival atmosphere 🎪 at the racecourse before heading to the "Leading Edge" restaurant on the 5th floor for dinner 🍽️. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, but the terrace seats are truly unbeatable ✨. From there, you can get a clear view of the races 🏇🏻 and enjoy the stunning night view of Happy Valley 🌃—the ambiance is absolutely amazing! 💰 Terrace seating: HK$215/person | Indoor seating: HK$245/person The restaurant serves a mix of Chinese and Western set menus, including appetizers 🥗, main courses 🍛, soup 🥣, and desserts 🍮, along with unlimited refills of beverages 🍹. At 9 PM, they even offer late-night snacks 🧆, so you can savor delicious food while watching the races 👀! 🍽️ On the day we visited, there were three menu options: 1️⃣ 🐟 Crispy Spinach Fish Fillet with Parisian Butter Cream Sauce 2️⃣ 🐮 Satay Beef Brisket Pot with Bamboo Shoots 3️⃣ 🐷 Japanese-style Braised Pork Belly 💁🏻♀️ Highly recommend the Crispy Spinach Fish Fillet! The golden, crispy crust encases tender fish fillet and sweet spinach, paired with Parisian butter cream sauce that adds a rich buttery aroma, making the dish even more flavorful! For dessert, we had Panna Cotta, which was incredibly smooth and creamy, with a strong vanilla flavor and even vanilla seeds inside! ‼️ Remember to book your seats in advance to secure a window or terrace seat indoors. Some seats come with dedicated TVs 🖥️, allowing you to stay updated on race information!
