Xiaolongbao

For lunch, we ordered xiaolongbao, drunken chicken, and spicy wontons to share. First, the appetizer, Li Bai drunken chicken, was made with chicken drumsticks, and the aroma of the wine was prominent. The signature original xiaolongbao came in a basket of six pieces, with thin skin, flavorful filling, and rich soup. The pork filling was well-seasoned and tender. Additionally, the spicy shrimp wontons with noodles were delightful. The wontons had a refreshing shrimp texture, and the spicy sauce was aromatic and flavorful, perfect for those who enjoy spicy food. The noodles were generously portioned and absorbed the essence of the spicy sauce, making them incredibly tasty.
