Revisiting Island Workshop in Cheung Chau

Homemade Cakes and Revitalized Local Drinks. Cheung Chau has always been one of my go-to vacation spots, and the island is home to many unique shops. Among them is "Island Workshop" on School Road, which has some exciting new offerings! This time, they’ve introduced homemade cakes made with seasonal ingredients and high-quality imported materials! I tried the Mango Yogurt Cake, and let me tell you, don’t underestimate its flavor. The combination of the original yogurt and the sweet-and-sour mango was surprisingly well-balanced. I initially thought it might be too tangy, but it turned out to be a perfect match! 😋 The cake also includes dried mango pieces, adding a chewy texture that pairs wonderfully with the refreshing tanginess of the yogurt. It completely changed my perception of cakes! I also ordered a drink called "Purple Cow": fizzy Ribena with ice cream.
