Picasso — A Dialogue with Asia @ West Kowloon M+ Museum

Sleep Member 🏖️ Environment/Facilities: This exhibition is the first large-scale Picasso exhibition held in Hong Kong in over a decade, presenting an unprecedented cross-cultural and cross-generational dialogue between the 20th-century European master and contemporary Asian artists. The main works on display include "Acrobat" (1930), "Seaside Portrait" (1931), "Still Life on a Pedestal" (1931), "Portrait of Dora Maar" (1937), and "Massacre in Korea" (1951), all from the collection of the Musée National Picasso in Paris. Works by artists such as Isamu Noguchi, Chan Fook Sin, Ku Tak Sun, Nalini Malani, Keiichi Tanaami, and Leung Kui, from the M+ collection, as well as new commissions by Simon Fujiwara and Shan Hui-kin, are exhibited alongside Picasso’s works. The Musée National Picasso in Paris holds the largest and most important collection of Picasso’s works in the world.
