The trip was spoiled from the start

Originally booked for 2 nights in Tsim Sha Tsui Bao Yu - the so-called "Presidential Suite", I was told to cancel or change my stay for one night on the morning of my stay. Hotels require guests to guarantee their stay, but they don't guarantee their availability? What a distortion, and not allowing late check out, and no compensation, left an extremely bad impression on me. The stay experience, except for the large bathtub, do not have to go specifically to experience. The outside of the private terrace is air-conditioned and very noisy. The soundproofing of the room is not very good, the sound of the door closing, and the sound of the car downstairs will be heard. The bed, a regular queen, is shorter, and very soft, should have been used longer. The ceiling of the bed has a vent to blow, what design? So be sure to turn off the air conditioner in the room while sleeping.  I don't know where the fault is, but if it's a hotel, then the booking management is really bad, if you have an important day to celebrate and the like, choose the second one, or confirm with the hotel earlier.
