soufflé that melts inside your mouth

am.pm is located at a dead end street in Yau Ma Tei (exact location: G/F, Grand Street, 560 Nathan Road, Yau Ma Tei). You can reach the place by walking either from Yau Ma Tei or Jordan MTR as it is located in between these two stations. They sell a few different things, but the most famous one (or at least for me) is their original crème brûlée soufflé, so that is what I ordered. It also comes with Hokkaido milk ice cream. The soufflé is literally melting inside your mouth. Itself doesn’t taste sweet unless you eat it with the crème brûlée or with the ice cream. It does take a while for the staff to prepare your food as they prepare it from the beginning. So you need to be a little patient. Fun fact: the popular South Korea variety show “running man” did go to the shop during their program in Hong Kong.
