After work, my boss treated me to a meal and we went to Murray's Garden Lounge for a semi buffet. I have been to this restaurant for Afternoon Tea before. The environment and service were very good. This time I can try the quality of the dinner here. There was a constant stream of people coming to eat buffet in the evening. When we arrived at around 7 o'clock, the restaurant was already full. We reserved the Semi Buffet at $728 per seat, and an additional $238 gave us free flow of red and white wine, prosecco, beer, etc. Of course we didn't miss the opportunity to drink, so we sat down and opened a bottle of Italian prosecco to go with the seafood. There are 6 seafood options in the buffet area, including my favorite oysters and abalone. The oysters were refilled very quickly. Although they were not big, they were very fresh and sweet. The abalone is marinated, tasty and chewy. Also not to be missed are the crab legs and prawns, which are not too salty, but plump, fresh and sweet. Before eating the main course, everyone drank wine, talked about food, and encore the seafood three times. The cold dishes include Parma ham, smoked salmon, Spanish spicy sausage, salad and cheese. Although there are not many, the quality is very good. I especially like the honeydew melon ham because the honeydew melon is very sweet and it is first-class when eaten with the salty and fragrant ham. Of course, the must-try dishes are the freshly sliced ​​beef and the salmon with baked spinach and puff pastry. The pastry is crispy, the salmon and spinach combination is not greasy, the roast beef is tender and juicy, and it is fresh, hot and delicious right after being cut. The quality of both is comparable to the main course, and it is not excessive to eat 2 more. For the main course, we chose flounder fillet. The fish was wrapped in paper to lock the fish flesh, so the fish meat was firm but tender. A simple addition of lemon juice was the best seasoning. Although it is not red meat, it tastes good when paired with Italian red wine. As for the desserts at the end, there are a wide variety of styles, and both the shapes and tastes are good. Lemon and cranberry caramel pudding cake, pistachio and red berry cake, chocolate mousse, cranberry caramel pudding cake, etc. are all my favorites, especially the chocolate and pistachio ones, which have strong flavors. It is perfect to eat desserts with white wine. The elegant environment, top-notch service and quality food are all the selling points of this semi buffet.
