Restaurant Recommendation - Café bord de Mer & Lounge (Discovery Bay)

The busy week is finally over, take advantage of the weekend to recharge your batteries😎. Today we went to Discovery Bay, Lantau Island. In addition to taking a boat from Central, you can also take a bus from Tung Chung Station or Tung Chung Station. It's quite convenient. We arrived at the restaurant before six o'clock. The floor-to-ceiling glass and plenty of lighting gave us a holiday and leisure feel. We had a relaxing meal. On the cold plate, the bread crab is rich in paste; the snow-white crab meat with seawater salty flavor in the white crab legs. If you like crab paste or crab meat, you will be satisfied. There are five choices of sashimi. I like the salmon to be plump enough; the bream is juicy and fresh enough. The hot plates are quite special, [Apple Mustard Grilled Pork Fillet] and [French Oil Sealed Duck] are relatively rare to see in the buffet. There are quite a few choices of ready-to-cut meats. [Grilled Broiler Beef] is pink and tender, [German Crispy Pork Knuckle] has crispy skin and tender meat, and [Garlic and Thyme Grilled Lamb Leg] are all lined up to get. In terms of Tai O theme, we recommend ready-to-cook mussels. There are three different cooking methods: Stir-fried with soybean pepper is the most tasty, brine soaked in cabbage oil is the most delicious, and spicy garlic olive oil is the most stimulating and appetite-inducing. There were constant queues all night, thank you to the chef 😉.
