Cross on the lotus

It was my first time to Tao Fong Shan. It is a Christian monastery but it also welcomes people of different religions. The architectural style here is a combination of Chinese and Western styles, and just like their logo, it features a cross on a lotus. If the environment is quiet, you can try to calm down and walk slowly in the meditation posture. This is a form of spiritual practice, similar to Buddhist walking meditation.
