The restaurant is located on the 20th floor of The One, Tsim Sha Tsui shopping mall. The open view of Victoria Harbour is a pleasant sight. The restaurant is themed after the movie "Gundam". The design is full of technology and futuristic sense. The blue and white themed European style furniture and tableware are very eye-catching. Very suitable for checking in. As for the food, I was not disappointed. The lobster soup is clearly the concentrated flavor of multiple lobsters. The lobster meat is fresh and chewy. The Hokkaido scallops for starters were served with a refreshing sauce. It is also very appetizing. For the main course, I chose deep sea cod with Japanese miso sauce. The sauce brings out the freshness of the cod and the aroma of fish oil, complementing each other. My friend chose the Hokkaido Scallop Ink Pasta. The scallops are also very sweet. The pasta is also very chewy. Finally, serve with dessert caramel custard + ice cream.
