It is recommended to make an appointment early for afternoon tea so that the staff can arrange a favorable position for checking in. 🎀 Afternoon tea set is $488 for 2 persons and $268 for 1 person The three-tiered afternoon tea includes: poolside crab cakes, risotto balls, vegetarian spring rolls, smoked salmon sandwiches, shrimp avocado jam, cantaloupe with Parma ham, macarons, panna cotta, cake of the day, and English muffins with organic jam. Personally, I like cantaloupe with Parma ham the most, which is the most stable choice. The shrimp avocado sauce is served in a small wine glass and is delicious. The refreshing shrimp and the smooth avocado sauce are a perfect match.
