Explore the Beauty of Moomin Park Near Tokyo This Fall!

This weekend, we took a break from Tokyo and visited the scenic Moomin Park in the suburbs to enjoy nature and be charmed by the adorable Moomins! Recently, you can get a postcard and collect stamps at five locations to receive a picture. It's quite fun and encourages you to explore every meaningful spot. Moomin Park is relatively small and doesn't have as many attractions as Disneyland. The main features include Moomin's house, an outdoor theater, exhibitions about Moomin, the author, and the park, as well as a couple of interactive mini-theaters. Besides the exhibitions and outdoor theater, most attractions have a waiting time of about 15 minutes. The outdoor theater has two shows daily, and if you want a seat, make sure to line up early and check the showtimes in advance! Although Moomin Park is small, the scenery at the nearby Metsa Village is stunning, especially with the beautiful autumn leaves this season! The Nordic-themed shops and Santa Claus merchandise add to the wonderful atmosphere, making you feel like visiting the Nordic countries. For transportation, get off at Hanno Station, exit from the north, and take the Metsä bus directly to Metsa Village.
