To avoid crowds, we chose this neighboring small town— First time in Baise!! Picked Jingxi! Day1️⃣: 🕛From Qinzhou🚗 to 🦢E'Quan (Goose Spring) E'Quan tips: On-site tickets cost 48 RMB/person! Some special groups enter free~ Many villagers solicit business roadside!! We paid 45 RMB/person including ticket🎫 + bamboo raft… slightly pricey Though cheaper options exist online, May Day prices were firm Seems free before 8AM or after 7PM—summer evenings still bright at 7PM, cool… sunset photos turn out gorgeous!!! Fair price should be 20-30 RMB… negotiable for groups! Homestays and restaurants inside—didn’t try!! Scenery’s lovely though, 1-2h visit is plenty! 🏨Stay: Manda Resort Hotel🏨 Super comfy!! Highly recommended!! Best for road-trippers (500 RMB during May Day… dropped to 100+ post-holiday…………) 🍻BBQ hunter’s mandatory stop: 📍Hurun BBQ: Delicious and crazy affordable🆗!!! Strolled 📍Jinxiu Ancient Town—just an ordinary small town, meh~ Bought ultra-fresh roadside plums—so many!! Day2️⃣🥣Breakfast: Local-led! Initially wanted Weidao Jia Gong (closed Sundays!!) → switched to Mingchu Whole Beef Noodles!! Beef noodles blew our minds😋 MUST-TRY!!! 🚗Longtan National Wetland Park: Too dry this May! Summer swimming here must be bliss! Ate blood sausage in the park!! Quick pivot to 📍Quyang Lake: Hit traffic chaos en route!! Detoured forever → found a 30 RMB/person lakeside drive-through tour—serene & unmissable! Skipped hilltop panorama due to heat. Then dashed to Chongzuo via highway!! Mission: Unlock🔓 Guangxi’s map🗺️!!!
