Retroft Chitose, located in Meizan-cho, Kagoshima City, is an interesting building with a variety of shops, including cafes, second-hand bookstores, and souvenir shops. You can buy souvenirs, find your favorite books, or just relax at the cafe! There's also a gallery! It's surprisingly quiet and very relaxing. Inside the building, there are shops on what seems to be a mezzanine, and if you look down you'll see shops you couldn't see before.
