It is assumed that it was built before 2014. From ancient evidence, inscriptions and legends, it was mentioned that Wat Lai Hin in the past was a temple of religious importance. Interesting things in the temple include: 🏚 The temple is in the Lanna style, made by Chiang Tung craftsmen. It is decorated with beautiful patterns throughout the building, especially the pediment and the Khong gate. Inside, there is the principal Buddha image, the Buddha image in the Mara-Vijaya attitude, and a life-size statue of Khru Ba Maha Pa Chao Kesorn Panyo, sculpted by him. 🛕 Khong gate, a castle-shaped arch of the Lampang craftsmanship school, decorated with beautiful stucco patterns, including traditional patterns, lower lotus patterns and floral patterns. The distinctive feature of Khong gate, which is different from other temples, is the roof decoration with glazed clay animal figures. 🏚 The Dharma Hall is a building in the Sanghavasa area. Built in the style of the old monk's quarters of Wat Phra That Lampang Luang, which has an inscription on a wooden plate stating that it was built in 2027, it is considered a building built in the style of an ancient monk's quarters of Lanna. It is currently used to store ancient scriptures. 🏚 This Dharma Hall is decorated with Lanna art beams, which are shaped like large triangular wooden plates and carved into openwork patterns to form the shape of a naga, Hanuman, and vine patterns. 🏚 The Suwannakit Sattha Samakkhi Lanna Ancient Museum is a single-storey building that displays various art objects and antiques, including tools and utensils used in rituals, villagers' utensils, amulets, ancient scriptures, musical instruments, and architectural pieces.
