With a spirit of exploration, guests can savor exquisite delicacies from Michelin-starred chefs, stargaze the Milky Way with renowned astronomers, train with famous sports stars, and embark on a deep healing journey with wellness leaders. At the resorts in the Maldives and Thailand, the continuously updated Soneva Stars program will ensure that each stay is unique. This winter, award-winning chefs will present a series of gourmet experiences and special menus, including Carolina Bazán, one of the top female chefs in Latin America and the owner of Ambrosia and Bistro Ambrosia in Santiago; Tim Raue, a well-known German chef who owns his own Michelin two-star restaurant in Berlin; Adam Dahlberg and Albin Wessman, a duo of chefs from the Michelin restaurant Adam/Albin in Stockholm; Sascha Stemberg, the chef of the Michelin restaurant Haus Stemberg; Paolo Casanova, the chef of the Michelin restaurant Colani; Judy Joo and Esther Choi, Korean-American chefs and entrepreneurs; Marcel Skibba, the chef of Schloss Schauenstein, a Michelin three-star restaurant and the 26th best restaurant in the world; Ravinder Bhogal, a British chef, food writer, and restaurant owner; Ajay Chopra, an Indian chef and consultant; Vicky Ratnani, an Indian chef and TV host; Chetna Makan, an award-winning food writer and author; Chantelle Nicholson, the chef and founder of the Michelin Green Star restaurant Apricity; Søren Ørbek Ledet, the wine director and partner of the Michelin-starred restaurant Geranium; Kevin Diedrich, the owner, operator, and bartender of Pacific Cocktail Haven in San Francisco; and Charles Duval-Leroy of the Maison Duval-Leroy family.
