During the reign of Queen Chamadevi, the temple’s land was re-established and the temple was given a new name, “Wat Aphatthanaram Pa Mai Yang Luang” or simply “Wat San Pa Yang Luang”. This temple was also the place where Queen Chamadevi’s body was cremated. When you arrive at the temple, you must take off your shoes. We recommend coming when the sun is not too hot.
