The Camden Head

The Camden Head is a beauty of a building, and sits just off the main drag of the high street in Islington. It's got the big windows, pointy roof bits and interesting stonework which all helps make the pub stand out. It's a Greene King house, and the management have tried to gently modernise the appearance with some black fencing and poles in the courtyrard at the front. Looking straight past this though, what grabbed my attention was the lovely cast iron saloon bar sign of the door, which is clearly from a different era.
