Lugo Town Bistro: Winning word-of-mouth, warm food

A self-drive tour of northern Spain comes to Lugo, a World Heritage city with the entire town surrounded by thousand-year-old walls. In the evening we went to Taberna Pajon, a bistro recommended by locals. This bistro is family-run and plainly decorated. Although there is no gorgeous decoration, it has captured the stomachs of the locals with its warm food and won the reputation.
