"Xin Bimei Pagoda" is a white stupa building with wavy steps, which stands out among all Burmese temples due to its peculiar appearance. The stupa is designed in a huge white circle with seven semi-circular platforms. The guardrails are wavy arches, symbolizing the seven mountains and the sea around the center of the world. The highest point of the pagoda is the altar. It is said that the shape of the white stupa represents Mount Meru, the sacred mountain of Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism, and the center of the universe. This stupa seems to pay tribute to the sublime nature with a white body.
