#Sign up for May Hotel Test Sleeper 2025 Ten years ago, the boss of Prada founded the Prada Art Foundation from the perspective of a pure art lover. Located in the Largo Isarco industrial park in southern Milan, it was once a century-old gin wine brewery. It was renovated and designed by OMA, an architectural firm led by Dutch designer Rem Koolhaas, and has now become a stronghold of contemporary art in Milan. The old winery building is retained and three new structures are built: the Podium base, the Cinema cinema and the Torre tower. The enclosed, independent and open spaces are designed with mirrors and transparency to allow visitors to freely integrate into every corner of the combination of art and architecture. You can take as many photos as you want outside for free. When you come here, you must go up to visit the Torre Tower. The front looks like a simple white box building, and from the side you can see that the architect has cleverly fine-tuned the design variables. By changing the floor shape and building height structure, the experimental nature and uncertainty of the building are increased. Each floor is an independent place, expressing itself through different spaces and light, making the building also a work of art collected by the Fondazione Prada Foundation. The biggest surprise was the inverted rotating mushroom house behind the dark room on the 9th floor. It was so special.
