Suggested itinerary: Kunming → Mile → Mengzi → Jianshui → Fuxian Lake → Kunming, a 5-to-7-day self-driving loop. 1️⃣ Dongfengyun 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A unique town featuring culture and art, it is known as the Provence of central Yunnan. There are many popular spots: Kaleidoscope Art Museum, lavender fields, MGallery Hotel, and Half Cloud Art Museum. If you like taking photos, don't miss it, but make sure to go when the weather is good and the flowers are in bloom. 2️⃣ Yunnan Red Winery 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Known as the "Bordeaux of the East". Visit the 20,000-acre vineyard, the largest wine cellar south of the Yangtze River, and the world-class production line. Enjoy free wine tasting and buy a few bottles without worrying about quality. 3️⃣ Château Sainte-En 🌟🌟 Located in the vineyard, this is a Gothic-style building with exquisite interior decoration. 4️⃣ Huquan Eco-Park 🌟🌟🌟🌟 A free 4A-level scenic spot with an excellent ecological environment. Known as the "Little Sanya of Honghe", it's a comfortable place for a walk around the lake. 5️⃣ Banshan Hot Spring\Lake Spring Hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Located in Huquan Eco-Park, it is built on the mountainside. The hot spring water is smooth, comfortable, and relaxing, making it worth a visit. "Half a city, half a hotel, half hot spring, half lake", Lake Spring Hotel offers stunning views from every window. It's my favorite, and hotel guests can enjoy free hot springs. 6️⃣ Jinping Mountain Scenic Area 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Not only is the scenery beautiful, but it also houses the world's largest sitting Maitreya Buddha statue. Wucai Pond and Houhai Lake are optional. 7️⃣ Keyi Ancient Town 🌟🌟🌟 An ancient Yi town with over 300 years of history. The well-preserved houses and ancient streets are worth exploring.
