#HotSpringTrip Kurokawa Onsen Yamamizuki. What's great about it is being able to bathe in the hot spring while looking at the greenery. I chose this inn because I wanted to see this again. ・ The hot spring attached to the room is open and private. If you open the window and enter the hot spring, you can enjoy the hot spring while looking at your own private greenery. ・ Lots of food in small dishes. Kaiseki cuisine that changes from one taste to the next. ・ Yamamizuki's dango soup is served in a large pot, which is impressive. Countryside local cuisine has become much more stylish. Fern, potato, burdock, leek, carrot, radish, etc. This dish is the main dish, with ingredients that are usually supporting roles. ・ The amount of food is so large that you feel like you could eat more, even though you're full. ・ You eat, soak in the hot spring, eat again, and so on, but it's worth coming just for that.
