I enjoyed a great value Hida beef lunch

A great value lunch where you can savor the melt-in-your-mouth quality of premium Hida beef. We went to Maruaki, famous for its Hida beef. We ordered the Kalbi set meal, available only for lunch. The set includes 150g of kalbi, grilled vegetables, koshihikari rice (size can be changed to large, medium or small free of charge), side dishes, miso soup and pickles. You can grill the kalbi and vegetables yourself on a charcoal shichirin (charcoal brazier), so you can adjust the doneness to your liking. The kalbi is made from meat from the rib area, and has a strong fatty flavor that melts in your mouth.
