Enjoy a Relaxing Walk to See the Waterfalls on the Xinxian Trail

Xinxian Trail is located in the Wulai Scenic Area of New Taipei City. It is a short, bidirectional trail with two entrances: the Xinxian Suspension Bridge and the Neidong National Forest Recreation Area. In the past, it served as a connecting road between Wulai, Xinxian, and Fushan. Today, it is a well-known leisure trail in the Wulai District. The Xinxian Trail winds along the Nanshi River, passing by several waterfalls such as Gonggong Waterfall, Popo Waterfall, Xiaohai Waterfall, and Fufu Waterfall, among others. There are a total of 10 waterfalls, some of which are small and may be missed if not paying attention. The trail is lush with greenery and offers beautiful waterfall views at every turn. Recently, the cherry blossoms 🌸 are in full bloom, making it a perfect time to enjoy a spring walk and cherry blossom viewing! The Xinxian Suspension Bridge is a pedestrian bridge spanning the Nanshi River, with a total length of about 30 meters.
