Bun cha came out first, and it was good because the portion was large and clean. The taste was also better than I expected. Bun cha, which is topped with vegetables and fried food and dipped in sauce, had a good combination of crispy fried food and moist sauce. Banh xeo had a unique sauce, but I don't remember what it tasted like.
