Sisters!! I found a real-life National Geographic cover spot in Lugu Lake!! Open the window to see Mount Gemu reflected on the lake. It's like a Monet oil painting during the day and an ink wash fairyland in the evening. Who understands the joy of lying in bed and watching the snow-capped mountains and lakes!! 🏔️About the room All 10 rooms face Goddess Mountain! We stayed in a 270° lake-view room. I was stunned by the beauty when I opened the window in the morning😭 The whole house has floor heating + a real fireplace🔥 Even the hair dryer is a Dyson! The toiletries set even has bangs stickers and hand warmers. The butler said this was a specially made "Mosuo princess experience package" for girls, LOL. 📸Must-take scenes 1️⃣Lake-view floor-to-ceiling window (the golden light shining on the sheets at sunrise is super photogenic) 2️⃣Lawn afternoon tea (pretend you're in Switzerland for a luxurious outdoor shot) 3️⃣Campfire night in the tent area (capture the moment when sparks fly) 4️⃣Canyon viewing platform (you can take photos with your phone that look like "Aerial China") 🍵Full of ritual ▫️The afternoon tea desserts are shaped like pig trough boats! I can't bear to eat them. ▫️Mosuo mom's handmade breakfast, matsutake millet porridge is so delicious it makes my eyebrows fall off. ▫️Campfire party at 8pm! Dance around the bonfire with the Naxi boys. 📍Location: Lugu Lake · Xujiu Shanhai Shi Hotel (Remember to bring sunscreen + a thick coat when crossing the Sichuan and Yunnan provinces) 🚗Transportation: 3.5h drive from Lijiang/6h drive from Xichang It is recommended to stay for 2 nights! Circle the lake on the first day and lie down and be a fairy on the second day. Seriously!! Staying for three days cured my mental exhaustion. Every corner says "slow down and live." Even the toilet is smart and heated😭 What kind of fairy B&B is this!
