Met up with many friends this time in Paris and stumbled upon a French restaurant in the 12th arrondissement. The atmosphere was cozy, perfect for a casual drink on a weekend evening. . The Black Ceviche was incredibly tender with a slightly sweet and sour flavor—great as an appetizer with drinks. . The Cote de Veau (veal chop) was hearty, with a crispy outer layer and a hint of star anise seasoning, giving it a feel similar to a more rustic version of beef Wellington. . The Pork Chop was huge, served with a rich, savory sauce that complemented the tender meat perfectly. Paired with a beer or a glass of wine, it was just amazing! .
