Shimen Mountain National Scenic Area

From the moment I stepped into the Shimen Mountain Scenic Area, I felt as if I had entered a world far away from the hustle and bustle, embracing nature. What I felt was not only tranquility and harmony, but also a baptism of the soul. As soon as I entered the mountain gate, I was deeply attracted by a tall golden Buddha statue. The Buddha statue is solemn and peaceful, giving a sense of boundless warmth. Around the Buddha statue, there are various wealth god statues spontaneously offered by tourists. Among them, a conspicuous statue of Guan Gong, full of vigor, inspires awe. This scene made me feel people's reverence and prayers for the gods, as well as their longing for a better life. Through this courtyard, I came to a clean square. In the center of the square is a solemn hall, its architectural style is simple and elegant, giving a strong sense of cultural heritage. The side halls on both sides are low houses made of brick and earth, like the residential houses of the 1960s and 1970s, simple and quiet. Although these buildings are not luxurious, they are full of historical charm, giving a sense of simple beauty. Leaving the temple, I entered the forest of Shimen Mountain. The trees here grow in a disorderly manner, without the tall and thick fossil-level ancient trees like other famous mountains, without the peculiarly shaped divine trees full of various legends or allusions, and without the precious tree species that make people excited and linger. But they grow freely and passionately like the masters of this place, full of vitality. I followed a path, all the way was fresh air and clear bird song. I saw all kinds of trees and flowers, each showing their unique beauty. I closed my eyes, deeply breathing in this fragrance from nature, feeling the magic and charm of nature. This trip gave me a deeper understanding and deeper feelings for the Shimen Mountain Scenic Area. Not only is there beautiful scenery, but also people's love for life and expectations for the future.
