The staff are great and enthusiastic. The rooms are always spotlessly clean. The bedding is very soft and comfortable. I've stayed here 3 times, and each time has been a great experience. The gentleman who drives you to the airport is very friendly and sociable. The pool and hot tub are excellent. However, they do need to upgrade to smart TVs.
