You can eat freshly made manju! It's nice to be able to taste them before you buy them. Thick dough made with wheat from Hokkaido Kneaded with brown sugar and soy sauce, it has a chewy and springy texture. The inside is a lightly sweet bean paste made from 100% Hokkaido red beans, and you'll find yourself eating as many as you want. They also sell their signature products [Wakasaimo] and [Hokkaido Potato Cookies]! There are sweet potato-like strings inside Wakasaimo, but did you know that this is kelp?
