Riverside Reverie

#cityplaybook From Hontanilla Park, descend into the Valle del Eresma, following the river westward past Iglesia de San Vicente El Real and through shady woodland paths. Walk beneath the Alcázar and continue toward the Monasterio de El Parral. Cross the footbridge to reach the Monasterio de Santa María del Parral and loop around La Fuencisla hermitage. Return via the Cuesta de los Hoyos with sweeping city views. Extend with loops around the Paseo del Eresma and Casa de la Moneda to reach ~15 km.
