Sendai Abura soba

It was the best soba I've ever eaten in Japan! Even though it was the same soba, Aburasova, Mazesoba, etc. were different. Even in the same Aburasova, each store tasted different and the recipe was different, but it was really delicious. It was as tasty as the wait was long, but it was a bit chewy for Koreans to eat. But the best soba!
