I haven't had Chinese food in a long time, and it just so happened that my friends and I were having a gathering. They chose Easeful Cuisine (Jing'an Branch). I've been to other branches before, but this was my first time at the Jing'an branch! There were so many dishes that day, so I'll just list a few that I remember: Signature Crispy and Juicy Sweet and Sour Fish I have to rave about this dish! It's really crispy and delicious, and it's juicy with every bite, just as the name suggests! It's boneless, which is perfect for lazy people like me! It's crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and it's very flavorful! 5-Hour Slow-Cooked Snowflake Beef Tongue When you take a bite, your teeth cut through the soft and tender beef tongue, and the meat juice slowly seeps out, filling your mouth with a meaty flavor. The taste gets richer and richer, and it's fresh, tender, and juicy. After eating one piece, you'll be left wanting more! Fenghua Taro Soup with Lard The taro is soft and tender with the aroma of lard, and it's smooth in texture. This dish may not look very appealing, but it's so delicious that it'll make your tongue tremble! Freshly Picked Crab Roe with Fish Maw This is a handmade dish with a sweet aftertaste. Every bite is filled with golden crab roe. The fish maw is full of collagen and is paired with the rich crab roe. The cooking time is just right, allowing the fish maw and crab roe to blend together. It's mouthwatering just looking at it! Each dish has its own unique features. No wonder it's a Michelin Bib Gourmand recommended restaurant. It's well-deserved!
