Early summer brings the blooming of hydrangeas, and the clusters of flowers by the water perfectly complement the evening glow, creating an atmosphere of pure romance! 💖 Although the hydrangeas in the park aren't particularly large, the lakeside area is incredibly photogenic! Highly recommend the "Willow Embankment Spring Scenery" spot, where pink and blue flower clusters reflect on the lake, resembling a Monet painting. However, the area is fenced off, making it less ideal for portrait shots. For those looking to capture beautiful photos, head to the hydrangea area with benches and pathways near Exit 6 of Hongkou Football Stadium Station on Metro Line 3/8. It's the perfect spot to capture the vibe of being surrounded by flowers! Additionally, there are scattered hydrangeas near the Memorial Bell, Yuehong Bridge, and Plum Garden, though the flower count is lower—worth a quick look if you're passing by. Unexpectedly, oleanders are also in full bloom! It's best to visit between 5-7 PM in the evening, when you can photograph hydrangeas and wait for the sunset. The moment the light falls on the petals feels like a scene straight out of a movie! With fewer crowds and stunning views, grab your besties and head over—this romantic experience is absolutely worth it! 🌸
