1️⃣Basic Information Bodhi Temple is located 50 meters east of Chengbei 5th Road, Pingbei Neighborhood Committee, Mianbei Subdistrict, Chaoyang District, Shantou City, Guangdong Province. It is a famous Buddhist temple with a tranquil and verdant environment. It is backed by Cuiping Mountain, facing the ancient city, adjacent to Shiquan Rock in the west and Zhulin Temple in the east. It is an important place for believers in the Chaoshan area to practice and worship. 2️⃣Transportation Guide Visitors can take bus No. 305, 302, 121, 123, 141, etc. to Pingbei Industrial Zone, Pingbei Station, or Pingbei Station near Bodhi Temple, and then walk for a few minutes to reach the temple. Self-driving visitors can drive along Chengbei 5th Road to the vicinity of the temple, and there are parking spaces along the road outside the temple. 3️⃣Tour Route It is recommended to start the tour from the left side of the temple, first visit the Guanyin Pavilion and the cave inside, and feel the magic of nature. Then come to the right side of the temple and admire the exquisite statues of Tang Monk and his disciples on their journey to the west. Finally, continue to walk up to the highest peak of the temple - the Golden Summit, overlooking the magnificent scenery of the entire temple. The whole tour takes about 2-3 hours. 4️⃣Main Attractions Guanyin Pavilion: There is a cave inside, which is a major feature of Bodhi Temple.
