Amazing street food culture in Seoul, you can find them along the roads, markets, events and even subways. Do not worry much about these street vendors, they are all licensed. If you observe and think the stall is not clean, then don’t buy from them. Most of these stalls are either mobile or have a shopfront. It is not as cheap as you think but it is still affordable and sometimes the stall will not accept cash. Especially when you give them a big note. So they accept cashless. Then it is a new set of problems. You do not have their local e-payment apps. You can use a credit card if they have the machine for international credit cards.
