Tiong Hoe Specilaty Coffee

#singaporetrip Nested in the Stirling / Queensway HDB area, this coffee place serves good coffee. Tried their Columbia decaf in a pourover, the herbal nose turned berry once cooled and the coffee sweetness came through with a milk cocoa ending. Nice! My hubby had their Indonesian Gayo Senja, a limited edition bean in flat white. I found the milk overwhelmed it a bit and could only taste the passion fruit .. maybe it’s just me 😬.. Went back again for pour over and a slice of cake. Had the Seashore cake from Keong Saik which is sea salt butterfly pea mousse / ganache on top of a tea infused cake and biscuit base.
