The special atmosphere of Siwaman

#ThailandFlightEvent Arriving at Siwa Oasis and riding a tuk-tuk to the Palace Lodge Hotel was truly an unforgettable excitement. Passing through the hot desert air, narrow alleys slightly covered with dust, and locals in traditional costumes, I realized that I had truly come to Egypt. It had a completely different atmosphere from other cities, and it was the start of an exotic trip in itself. Palace Lodge was a place that embodied Siwa’s traditions. The exterior was traditional, as if it had been built with mud and straw, and the interior was decorated with fabrics and wooden furniture with traditional patterns, making it feel like I had traveled back in time. In particular, the harmony of the yellow-colored Siwa village, palm trees, and blue sky outside the window was so pretty. Above all, Palace Lodge was quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to rest and heal. The Wi-Fi connection was poor, but that inconvenience actually made me feel Siwa more fully. The time spent in a relaxed atmosphere made me forget all the fatigue of the trip, and in the evening, I was able to finish the day by looking at the red sky on the terrace.
