#AbsolutelyFreeTrip When you think of Strasbourg, you think of the Christmas market. The Strasbourg Christmas market, held for about a month from late November, is known as the oldest market in France (since 1750) and is also known as the Christmas capital. The entire old town is enveloped in fantastic lights and decorations, and the cute stalls are lined with ornaments, handmade goods, mulled wine, and local cuisine from the Alsace region. It's like a fairy tale world. The highlights are Place Kléber, the area around Strasbourg Cathedral, and Place Broglie. Place de Broglie is a square where a Christmas market has been held since 1871. It's a shame that I couldn't go at night! I'm sure you can see a different view in the summer☆ Strasbourg is located in the Grand Est region in northeastern France, close to the border with Germany. Today, Strasbourg has a unique charm that is a beautiful fusion of both French and German cultures.
