1. Environment and Design The hotel occupies an exclusive private island in Jinji Lake. The layout of one island and one hotel cleverly isolates it from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. Driving into the island, it felt like stepping into a "paradise" in the city. The arrival lobby is a three-story high space, the design of which is inspired by traditional Chinese courtyards. The hanging modern abstract lantern installations are very eye-catching. From the check-in area to the guest rooms, a large number of Chinese elements can be seen along the way, such as pine and cypress paintings on the wall, screens, hollow lattices, etc., which demonstrate oriental culture and artistic aesthetics. The public spaces and outdoor landscapes are modeled after Suzhou gardens. The winding lakeside and garden trails lead to secluded places. Walking among them, one can feel the charm of Suzhou gardens, where "one step, one scene" is everywhere. Every corner and every green plant is placed just right, allowing people to feel the oriental connotation in their modern travel life. 2. Room Experience This time we stayed in a lake view king room, which was spacious and had a modern oriental style. You can see the lake when you open the window. The beautiful scenery of Jinji Lake and the high-rise buildings in the distance complement each other, providing an excellent view. The details in the room are surprising, the minibar has a rich variety of drinks and they are all free, and the welcome fruits and desserts are fresh and delicious. The bath products are from the French fragrance brand Frédéric Malle's Magnolia fragrance series, which has a light and charming scent. The sofa lounge area is warmly decorated, and the traditional desk is removed and replaced with a round table, adding a sense of home comfort. Moreover, most of the rooms have a terrace or balcony. It is so pleasant to enjoy the breeze and the scenery on the terrace in your spare time. 3. Dining and Food Jin Jing Ge Chinese Restaurant The restaurant mainly serves Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine. The consultant is Chef Wang Yong, the manager of Four Seasons Sands Restaurant in Hangzhou, and Executive Chef Zhang Xiaocheng also has a deep foundation in Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine. The restaurant environment is gorgeous and elegant. The circular entrance with a green landscape painting background is unique, the blue glass screen sparkles under the light, and there are seven exquisite private rooms. The dishes are as exquisite as works of art. The radish, crab and vinegar jelly are paired with the tender radish and the fresh crab, while the vinegar jelly adds a touch of freshness and greasiness. The Taihu white shrimp is full of the characteristics of the "land of fish and rice", and the shrimp has a delicate and refreshing taste with a sweet taste. The East China Sea yellow croaker steamed with European-style fragrant wine is a fusion of Chinese and Western cooking cultures. The yellow croaker meat is fragrant and soft and melts in the mouth. Yunhe All-Day Dining Restaurant Located on one side of the lobby, the space is spacious and modern. There are rich varieties of breakfast, and the Suzhou-style thin noodles at the noodle stall are very distinctive. The noodles are cooked for a long time without becoming mushy or clumping, and the soup base is delicious. A buffet is provided for dinner, which combines Chinese and Western cuisine to meet the tastes of different people. Longlang Lobby Bar You can enjoy exquisite afternoon tea here during the day. The dim sum is cute in shape and tastes excellent. The chef has also thoughtfully reduced the sugar content so that you can enjoy sweetness without any burden. At night, it transforms into a bar. It is very pleasant to order a special cocktail and enjoy the dazzling night view of Jinji Lake. 4. Recreation and Facilities Swimming pool The hotel has a variety of swimming pools. The outdoor infinity pool has a great view, where you can enjoy the view of Jinji Lake and the city skyline while swimming; the open-air children's swimming area is safe and fun, allowing children to play to their heart's content; the indoor swimming pool is comfortable and you can swim even in bad weather; the vitality spa pool is a great place to relax and soak in the water to dissipate the day's fatigue. The doorman helped with the luggage, and the staff greeted us warmly with a bow, and handed us hot towels to wipe our hands and hot tea to quench our thirst. When checking in, the front desk staff are patient and meticulous, and will also introduce the hotel facilities and services attentively. No matter where you go in the hotel, as long as you have a need, the staff will respond quickly and try their best to meet it. During my stay, I left an item behind. The staff contacted me as soon as they found it and helped me keep it properly. They were also very considerate when sending it back later. I was really touched.
