If you go to Duofu Temple first, take the 7:50 bus to Duofu Temple; if you go to Duofu Temple last, take the 17:40 bus back down the mountain. Duofu Temple-Jingyin Temple: First walk down from Juewei Mountain. The scenery along the way is very beautiful. I walked more than 4 kilometers to arrive. Jingyin Temple - Dou Dafu Temple: There is only the Fen River separating them, but the bridge is still under renovation, so it takes 5 kilometers to walk. However, these 5 kilometers will pass through the unexpectedly beautiful Fenhe Park, which is great. Highlights: [Duofu Temple] The murals and colored sculptures in the main hall are representative of Ming Dynasty Buddhist art. Unfortunately, they are surrounded by iron railings and cannot be viewed up close. The main thing to look at when looking at the Buddha statue is the hands. I prefer the reclining Guanyin at the back, which looks free and easy. The eyes of the golden-haired tiger under the seat are my favorite. [Juwei Mountain] is definitely worth climbing. You can overlook Taiyuan from a high vantage point. I heard that the red leaves in autumn are even more beautiful. [Jingyin Temple] The 9.46-meter "Tutang Giant Buddha" and the "Tutang Strange Cypress" in the Big Buddha Pavilion are both highlights. [Fenhe Park] Unexpectedly exquisite, a good place to take the kids out, and you can take photos that reminiscent of Kanas. [Dou Dafu Temple] Outside the gate is a Qing Dynasty stage, the mountain gate is a Yuan Dynasty building, and the glazed dragons and drum tower and bell tower on both sides are also very distinctive. The offering hall and the main hall are buildings from the Yuan Dynasty. The eight-diagram caisson ceiling is particularly exquisite. Pay attention to the main hall's original wooden doors from the Yuan Dynasty that are covered with gold lacquer. Although Baoning Temple is a Ming Dynasty building, it exhibits exquisite murals from Duofu Temple.
