I walked there from the JR station, which took about 30 minutes, and there were mountain and field scenery to see along the way. Alternatively, you can rent bicycles at the JR station, which is also a very good choice. When we got to the shrine, there were staff there who could help us call a taxi so we didn't have to walk there again. It cost about 1,300 yen.
