The Day and Night of Kashgar Old Town

Kashgar is the largest city in southern Xinjiang. The old town has preserved some of the residential houses and has been commercially renovated, with bars, barbecue and snack shops, souvenir and local specialty stores all around, bustling with popularity. However, it has lost the simplicity and tranquility it had when I visited five years ago. As night falls, the lights come on, and the night view of the old town is still very beautiful! It is also the venue for this year's CCTV Spring Festival Gala!
