The air still had the chill from the night before, but the view of the sun slowly rising and gently shining on the grassland was truly spectacular. As I stepped out of the accommodation in the morning sunlight, the distant grassland and cloudless blue sky filled my vision, and at that moment, I realized, "I'm really in Mongolia!" The path to the stable where the horses were prepared following the guide was quiet and peaceful. The sound of birds chirping and the wind blowing through the grass on the way calmed my mind, and I could feel how precious that moment was. When I arrived at the stable, there were many horses freely grazing, and the sight blended perfectly with the Mongolian nature.🏕 The horse I was riding was a calm brown horse, and the guide approached the horse first and slowly taught me how to greet it while comforting it. I was a little nervous at first, but when I carefully extended my hand to the horse, I felt relieved when it looked at me with warm eyes. From that moment on, I felt like I was gradually building invisible trust with the horse~🐂 When I got on the horse with the help of the guide, it was much higher and more unfamiliar than I had expected. It took me some time to find my balance and let the horse move, but I was able to get used to it quickly. The time I slowly walked on the grassland and admired the surrounding scenery was so moving that it was hard to express in words. The vast nature spread out before my eyes, the yurt village in the distance, and the warm sunlight all blended perfectly together!!✌️ The horseback riding experience was a very special time that went beyond a simple activity, where I could communicate with nature and build trust with the animal called the horse. Especially because I experienced it in the morning hours when I started my day, the whole day felt more leisurely and peaceful.
