#aprilblooms I had the chance to visit Kamimeguro Hikawa Shrine this spring, and it was such a refreshing little adventure! Located less than a 10-minute walk from Ikejiri-Ohashi Station, the shrine sits atop a hill, giving it a peaceful, elevated vibe. You can reach it either by passing through the torii gate and climbing the stairs or by taking the Meguro Fuji climbing path right beside the police box next door. The stairs are a bit of a workout, but that just adds to the fun! Once you’re up there, the view from the shrine is lovely—surrounded by trees and open sky, it’s a perfect place to take a breather and soak in some fresh air.
