Highlights: The Kyushu Ceramic Museum is in Arita, a town famous around the world for fine ceramics. The museum has accumulated ceramics and porcelain from every corner of Kyushu with a focus on local Hizen porcelain. The permanent exhibitions explore the character and history of Kyushu ceramics, and introduce the work of modern-day artisans.
