If the water exceeds the capacity of the dam, the water will overflow over the ridge of the dam to the bottom, creating a beautiful curtain of water. It falls on the square-shaped ground below, creating a strange image. The best season to visit is during the rainy season, but you have to take a chance because some days there will be no water.
